Common questions
What happens during a visit?
Your practitioner follows a standardized checklist: measuring window light, checking soil compaction and drainage, inspecting leaves for pests, and evaluating pot and placement for each plant. Minor treatments — pruning, repositioning, staking, basic pest mitigation — happen on the spot.
How many plants can you cover in one visit?
Quick Triage covers up to 4 plants in 45 minutes. Home Reset covers up to 10 in 75 minutes. If you have more, additional plants are $12 each — we just extend the visit.
What's included in the care plan?
A one-page, per-plant routine with watering cadence, placement guidance, priorities, and signs of recovery to watch for. You'll also get a room-by-room placement map when we visit your full home.
Do you sell plants or products?
No. We focus on diagnosis and practical advice. If you need a specific soil mix or treatment product, we'll recommend what to get — but we don't sell anything.
What area do you serve?
We serve a defined local area around our service hub. Visits within 5 miles are included; beyond that, a small travel fee of $1.50/mile applies. Check availability when you book.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes — you can reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge.
